  • Digital products or services (e.g., marketing campaigns, downloadable content) are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized products tailored specifically for your brand.
  • Digital downloads or services that have been fully delivered.
  • Products marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Securely package the item, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided in the approval email.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will cover the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, as preferred.
