Eligibility for Returns
Eligible physical products may be returned within 7 days when unused, in original packaging and in the condition received. Digital products and delivered services are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
Customised products, completed digital services, downloads and products marked final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact [email protected] with the order number and reason. If approved, follow the return instructions and include the issued authorisation number.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are excluded unless the return results from our error.
Exchanges
Defective or incorrect items may be exchanged subject to availability. Contact [email protected] to arrange the exchange.
